The third part covers St.George values and presents realistic scenarios where learners are placed in the shoes of St.George employees and are asked to respond. In selecting a possible response, the learner is provided with feedback to illustrate how the different values affect the way St.George approaches their work. It serves as an excellent conclusion to a learning experience which is designed to help learners decide if they are the right fit for the St.George family.
