Online Learning Australia partnered with REIV to bring their well-regarded instructor-led courses online. Our brief was very clear on two points: the look had to be stylish and the course had to address the fact that these are people who like to be with people.

The first course up for development was Ethics. To address the human interaction issue, we wrote the content from a much more conversational perspective than we usually use. An agent leads the learning experience, recounting experiences from his past experience to introduce the concepts of action and consequence frameworks, processes for identifying contentious situations and making ethical decisions.
