Learners explore issues like Point of View by reading about a guy named Dave, his behaviour and how his behaviour impacts those around him. By clicking on Dave's teammates, the learner sees that the same behaviour can have varying impacts on Dave's team members. Most importantly, the learner is asked to reflect on how their behaviours might be having an impact on the members of their team.

Spread throughout each of the topics is a variety of Check Your Understanding activities that reinforce key concepts and expose learners to a great range of workplace examples. Again, these can be customised to meet the unique needs of your organisation.

The course utilises a number of reflective components that are the key to behaviour change. Learners are challenged at the end of each topic with an exercise titled Something to Think About.
