IAG, understanding the importance of diversity and EEO in the workplace, wanted to roll out an online module to all staff covering diversity and EEO organisational issues. The course included topics on Diversity, Discrimination, Harassment, Sexual Harassment and Bullying. Online Learning Australia offered IAG one of our customisable courses that could be tailored by IAG staff to resonate with their employees. IAG, with the assistance of Online Learning Australia, had the opportunity to tailor look and feel, content and supporting documentation.
